Morristown Chevrolet Is Answering the Call To Protect Against COVID-19
We’ve all been through a lot during this COVID-19 pandemic, and it’s not even over yet. So instead of finding someone to blame, our teams at Morristown Chevrolet are trying to make the best of this current situation. We’re adding several measures to help protect our customers and staff from further exposure, along with a few new services to make shopping at home much easier!
Below, you will find a number of preventative steps we are taking to ensure our customers are safe, as well as new ways we are making it easier than ever to serve our customers.
Steps to Protect Everyone From COVID-19 Exposure
Effective immediately, our dealership has implemented the following steps to ensure a healthy environment for all guests:
There are a lot of surfaces that you can come into contact with during your visit to any car dealership. To help keep contraction low, our cleaning crews have been trained to more frequently clean and disinfect all high-touch surfaces throughout the dealership including tables, lobbies, door handles, restrooms, van shuttle seats, phones, and more.
To take a two pronged approach to keeping areas disinfected and you safe, we’ve also placed hand sanitizing stations throughout the showroom floor and office areas. We suggest using them after handling things like keys, pens, clipboards, touching cars, etc.
Still, staying home is the best way to keep the spread of COVID-19 low. We ask that if anyone is sick and suspect that it might be COVID-19, please stay home until you are feeling better. Our staff have already been mandated to remain at home if they are experiencing any COVID-19 related symptoms.
The steps we are taking moving forward have been inspired by the advice being provided to the public from trusted organizations such as the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Center for Disease Control (CDC).

Put Fun Back Into Shopping From Home

There’s no denying that COVID-19 is still here. Because it is affecting everyone differently, we understand that some may not be ready to come back into Morristown Chevrolet and would rather remain at home to limit exposure. That’s totally understandable and we want you to be comfortable when shopping for a car. So, we’re coming to you!
First of which is our new car delivery service. This brand new feature gives you the whole car buying experience from the comfort of your home, whether you’re on your couch, in the kitchen, home office, whatever. When everything is done, we’ll bring your brand new Chevy, or used car, directly to you. No need to come into the dealership at all, unless you really want to!
The second brand new program we’ve added is our service pick-up. Here, our technicians from Morristown Chevrolet handle every stage of your service visit, including picking up your car from wherever you are and dropping it back off, while you go about your day like normal. Your car will also be totally cleaned and sanitized after the service visit. You can opt for a service pick-up when scheduling a service visit for your Honda!
AT HOME TEST DRIVE*
Buying stuff online is convenient but not quite as fun as shopping in the store itself. So MorristownChevrolet is bringing that fun to you. Introducing our At-Home Test Drive
This service allows you to schedule a test drive for any car you find in our inventory without actually having to come into the dealership. Our sales team will bring the car to wherever you are and let you have some fun with it for a bit. This service is also available at no extra cost and works as long as you are within 20 miles of our W Andrew Johnson Hwy location in Morristown. This includes Jefferson City, Danbridge, and more!

After you’ve taken your chosen Chevy for a joy ride, you’ll have a couple of options. If you love the car, you can keep it while we finish the buying process! All of which can be completed online. If you didn’t like it, we’ll take it back to the dealership and if there’s another car you had your eye on we’ll bring that one over to you. There’s no limit on how many cars you can try out, so go nuts!
