From the day I called Morristown Chevrolet the team made sure that I was taken care of. My car broke down an hour from Morristown and was towed to Champion Chevrolet who was rude and treat me like I was a bother to them. When I called Morristown Chevy Andrew gave me the name of a tow company that would work with me and take my Equinox to them. The very next day I got a call from Andrew telling me that my transmission was destroyed he was going to call the extended warranty company to get it covered. The team at Morristown Chevrolet kept me in the loop every step of the way making sure I knew what was going on and where we stood. Unfortunately the warranty company was closed for the holidays on several days making it impossible to get approval in a timely manner. From the day the warranty company approved the new transmission Morristown did everything they could to get the work done. Kevin, Andrew and Brendon were incredibly helpful and listened to me patiently on every call. Thank you to the entire service team for an outstanding job and service.

when I arrived for my 11 AM appointment the service lanes were full and I had to wait outside the building. It was a short wait about 5 minutes, I told the write up man that I had a 11 AM appointment for an oil change and tire rotation He took all the information he needed and told me I could wait in the waiting area. It was only about 50 minutes and he came in and told me I was ready to go. I told him that was quick based on the number of vehicles in line when I arrived. He explained why there was a backup. I thanked him for the fast work.

I tried to buy from my local dealership only to be shown vehicles above my target price point and without the options I asked for. I contacted Morristown Chevy via a friend's recommendation (they are over an hour from my home). I worked directly with Sedji who took the time to hear my wish list and respect my budget. He did not have the exact model I needed on his lot so, he started searching. I purchased a 2025 so the availability was limited. He found the exact vehicle I wanted (ironically at the first dealer I worked with that never told me they had this vehicle) and attempted to get it moved for me. That dealer was unable to work the transfer after days of working with Morristown Chevy. Sedji started the search again finding another exact match about 3 hours from his dealership. We worked the entire deal via email/phone due to our distance. The vehicle was transferred in on a Saturday morning. Sedji kept in contact with me to respect my time and I arrived at the dealership around the same time my vehicle arrived. They rushed the vehicle through their receiving process and had me back on the road as quickly as possible. Morristown Chevy was very busy that Saturday but, the whole team was pleasant and willing to help myself as well as the large number of other shoppers that day. I would recommend making the drive to shop with a group that takes each customer's time and preferences seriously.

Thankful for Morristown Chevy. Purchased my car here but took it to Tarr when a service light came on because it was closer to home. They said it would be $2200, even though I purchased an extended warranty. My hubby took it back to Morristown Chevy and they instantly pulled up my warranty and it was 100% covered. Tarr said it would be March before they could get the part, Morristown Chevy got it within 2 weeks, got my car in for service the next day & got it back the following day. Such great service I decided to trade for the 2025 version of my car. I cannot recommend them enough!!

Everytime the truck is scheduled to have something done we get some kind of excuse why they can’t do it. This time we still didn’t get anything completed and they spilled oil all over the top of the motor when they changed the oil.

Fast, efficient and very helpful when asked questions. The sales reps and finance managers were very patient with my busy schedule and time commitments. I drove 2 hours to get my new Trax after e-signing and total time from arrival to getting my new gassed up car was approximately 15 minutes. Can't think them enough for making the process as smooth as possible. The only thing I would have done differently would be getting a hands on lesson in operating and customizing the infotainment system, as there aren't that many videos on YouTube that go into detail about it's functions and operation for my trim model. Otherwise I look forward to buying my next vehicle here in the future.

An hour wait for oil change and tire rotation is about 30 minutes too long. Having an appointment should never take more than 30 minutes. Multiple people in line waiting said the same thing. Frustration over the practice.

We went to several Chevy, GMC, Ford and Toyota dealerships throughout the process of finding a new truck. John Phillips made this experience better than any of the dealerships could have for my wife and I. John listened to our needs and helped us find the right truck. His sales manager Sejdi helped put the deal together and once again, no pressure. Our questions and concerns were met. Sejdi and his team had a goal being the end of the month as well as our goal to find the right truck a the right dealership. We met in the middle with a round of hand shakes. You can hand your money to any dealer, but I feel they earned ours and it was a win/win. At 58 years old, it wasn't about the money as it was finding someone who understood our needs and helped us along the way. Well done and thank you!

My experience with Ted Hardy was great. This makes the 3rd vehicle i have bought from him. What I'm upset about is buying a brand new 2025 Chevy Trax with only 3 miles on it driving it a total off 44 miles with engine light coming on. Now waiting on the part to come in and then trying to get fix around my work schedule. I won't recommend a trax to anyone...

The seller was courteous. I was not happy about the fact that when I drove the truck that day and noticed the front end allignment, I contacted them immediately and brought in the truck the next day, they charged me 115 dollars!! That is just not right.

Salesperson was nice and helpful. Overall it felt very unprofessional between sales and particularly finance. We waited hours just for our turn in finance. We were sold extra insurance that included ceramic coating, but no one ever told us or tried to set up an appointment to get that put on. When I asked about it I was told "I already had it put on". That feels impossible because the car was dirty inside and out when I received it. There were greasy handprints on the door and sunroof and the dashboard was dusty. It looked like the "detailer" just put some stuff on the tires to make them shiny.

It was a good experiece as far as my appointment. But the 2yr Maintenance I was told I would get was only for 1 oil change so I am kind of disappointed in that. The courtesy oil change run out at 15000 I was never told that it was for used vehicles not new but. I will say I will not buy or recommend anyone anymore up until wed I had nothing but good to say about my experiences there now I don’t think I can drive 2 hours

On the way home the low oil indicator came on. Checked oil and was not even touching dip stick. Was leaving for beach this morning so, went and bought 3 quarts of mobile one synthetic to complete oil change. I was worried that the oil filter or plug was loose. Crawled under truck to make sure they were not. Added a quart and a quarter to get oil withing range. Not to mention that i ruined a new shirt with oil I didnt see on the container I bought at walmart. So instead of packing early I finished at 10:00 pm. I have a video of the entire episode. I changed oil as a kid and the last thing you did was start the vehicle and let it run for a minute and then check the oil. Must not be a practice at Morristown Chevrolet. Yes, I am not a happy customer!

Had long discussion about repairs for vehicle since vehicle had to be brought back after 122 miles for major repairs. (Radiator and lines). Finally was repaired correctly.). This happened within five days and 200 miles of purchase. I am very happy with vehicle since repairs and have driven it 1500 miles with most of it towing trailer. No problems.

I took my car in for a oil change and tire rotation. When Nick did the diagnosit on my my car everything showed up good. But when they went to pull my car in position to do the work, my car wouldn't start. Nick gave me a car to drive while they were fixing my car. Nick did not charge me for the repair, the oil change, the tire rotation or the rental. I cannot give enough praise for how I was treated or for the service that I received. I think Nick went above and beyond to take care of me

having to call multiple times in order to get someone to answer some questions and no call backs was frustration. and using the John Deere rebate and not being able to use a veteran's discount together was a little frustrating. after recieving my new truck and finding out there was no floormats. don't know if that is standard but i would think that there is some floor mats that come with new vehicles.

Asked if they would check heat sheild under truck to see if its loose. Was told they found a rock rattling around and they removed it. Shortly after I was driving and I could still hear the loose heat shield. I pulled over to check myself and it was in fact still loose. Great place, just a disappointment

Every time I take my truck there that I have gotten less than 6 months ago something new is wrong with it. After waiting 2.5 hours for a free oil change it was brought to my attention my tires weren’t rotated upon request and when I bought the truck the front are starting to show wires, The brake sensor is reading 45% on back but service claims their 4% when they reset the dam sensor when I bought the truck. the cabin filter wasn’t changed upon buying the truck oil change wasn’t done knowing 2 weeks in of having the truck I had to put oil into it. Also 3 weeks in the lifters broke. Seems to me this dealer ship got the truck off their lot ASAP when it hit the lot and didn’t do their thorough inspection and im the one having to suffer and pay.

I arrived at 1:30P.M., my SCHEDULED appointment was for 1:45P.M. My car was placed on the lift for the oil change at 3:12P.M. other vehicles were completed before mine, that arrived after me, who's appointment was also after mine. There was no communication during this time. My service advisor, Andrew Davis, came to me around 4:00P.M. to show me that my cab filter needed to be changed. I then explained that they have had my vehicle for this long of time and that is what he comes to be with. Andrew immediately stated that he will not charge me for the filter. My car was completed 4:10P.M., I sat in the dealership from 1:30P.M. until 4:10P.M. for an OIL CHANGE. Andrew provided me with knowledge of some changes that are taking place in the service department and asked to make this up to me. I provided calm and understanding to Andrew, however, this type of customer treatment is not acceptable. I have had MULTIPLE issues since purchasing my car at this dealership including having to have work done on the brand new vehicle shortly after purchasing it due to oil issues in the hoses, in which the service manager at the time would not assist much with and even told me I can continue to drive the vehicle as the hoses were about to explode due to oil build up in the hoses; thankfully I am a smart female and know NOT to do this. Now, it is imperative that I ONLY allow Chevrolet dealership to change my oil, otherwise, I would take my business elsewhere. Morristown Chevrolet DO BETTER....for your customers first, but also for yourselves, individually!

There were two recalls performed and then a few recommended service items for 60k miles. One of the recalls required parts that were not on the shelf, but JT called to let me know and gave me the option to leave the truck for the next day and have the parts overnighted or pick the truck up and bring it back when parts arrived. I left the truck and service was completed the next day. Great job and excellent communication.

I can for an oil change, was not expecting to purchase a new vehicle. Salesman was nice we chatted a lot, kept trying to get me into a vehicle. I loved one of the trucks and its one I always wanted. Of course everyone was nice, and I really did not need this vehicle, since i was debt free and of course with all the numbers thrown at me and discussions I ended up putting myself in debt for 8 yrs at 70 yrs old. Yes my fault, but I did mention several times I really didn't want to purchase, I really hate myself for doing it now. Again my fault, but they somewhat pressure and keep at ya. (if i can make it happen will you buy, among other comments.) Again no ones at fault but me, I just wish when I stated not looking to buy, or love to but not right now they would had backed off. Love the truck but sick to my stomach I allowed this to happen.

Very professional. We had interest in a mid sized SUV. All the mod sized SUVs were parked together on the lot which made it very helpful because you could compare some size difference while in one place. Once we decided on a brand and overall size, our color and trim options were all in one location. So it wasn't having to remember the interior of one while you walked across the lot to look at another one. The 3 trims we were looking at were parked within 4 vehicles.

Went in for no heat in 2nd/3rd row. Still has no heat in those 2 zones. Also has drive ability issue going on, had to come back in to take in a test drive, and show what the problem is. Been to the dealership 3 times and haven’t made the first payment.

I had an appointment for Oil change and tire rotation. I concfirmred that when I went in. I waited just under 1 hour and when the truck came out I asked if they rotated the tires. I knew they had not. The mechanic said "I do not know. I am new, the other guy may know". I then wnet to do the paper work and ask the advisor as I was never told. The advisor went to check and said they were not rotated. I asked him to do it right away as I have already been waiting andf was told ok. 30 minutes later they put it on the lift and rotated the tires. After about 2 hours at the dealership I got in the truck. The digital oil indicator was not reset. The sticker miles they put on the windo made no sense. It was not 5000 or 10000 miles slater in was a random number. These new techs need training and a focus needs to be put on customer service. My advisor was very freindly and apologetic but this could all be avoided if they do there job up front.
